Gadgets for your page
I've added an option to the top menu called "Gadgets." It's over on the right side.
Click on it and you'll get a directory of "Gadgets" which you can add to your page. If you're familiar with Facebook applications, you'll get the idea instantly.
These Gadgets are developed using the OpenSocial protocol. OpenSocial was developed by Google as a way for developers to create applications that will run on multiple social networking sites. The idea is that you write your application once, and it will automatically work on MySpace, Orkut, and the rest of the social networking sites which aren't facebook... including SWYDM.
Because OpenSocial is relatively new, the selection of Gadgets just can't compare to the vast array of Facebook applications, but the list is getting bigger.

The Gadgets turned out to be really buggy, so I removed them. This whole OpenSocial cross-site gadget thing still needs a bit of work before it's really ready, IMHO.
