Hey there... I have been a LONG TIME member of SWYDM back in the day. heck I think I spent nearly $400 or $500 alone on premieres and whatnot..

Anywho, what was the reason for canning SWYDM back then and starting Reezle and now SWYDM again?

Just curious... Thoughts and suggestions... Bring back the OLD SWYDM with some new add ons. It was a lot of fun back in the day :)

Maybe you've noticed the "Applications" link below your photo on your profile. If you haven't, try it out.

At this moment, there are 58 applications available. These are what's known as OpenSocial applications; it's a standard for application development that's supported by a number of social network applications.

Some of them are pretty cool. Some are kind of silly. Why not try a few?

While traffic on SWYDM is respectable, there aren't yet enough folks on at any given time to make it worthwhile to have a chat window in the right column. I've removed it for the time being. There's still a chat link on the top menu.

Up until now, www.swydm.com has led here, while swydm.com (without the www) still went to Reezle. That's been changed. This might confuse a few folks who've been using swydm.com to get to Reezle, but hopefully they'll find their way to where they want to go.

The upgrade last night included a dozen or so minor bugfixes and improvements. There are a few major ones you should know about:

Your message center looks a lot better and is easier to use.

Your profile's title is now front and center when people look at your profile. If you haven't edited your title, you'll see Welcome! Add Your Title Here! at the top of your profile. Just click it to give your profile a personalized touch.

SWYDM will be unavailable starting at 10:30 PM PST this evening, or 6:30 AM GMT Sunday morning.

It's going down so that the team that runs the software that powers SWYDM can add several major new features, including an improved message center, improved profile pages, and (my personal favorite) an iPhone interface.
